Pendulum - Circles

Stand next to an elevated surface and bend forward, resting your non-affected arm on the surface and allowing your affected arm to dangle. Rock your body in a clockwise direction, allowing your arm to gently swing in a circle. After completing instructed number of repetitions, allow your arm to fully stop swinging, then repeat in counter-clockwise direction.

Make sure to keep your arm fully relaxed throughout this exercise.
