I had the pleasure of meeting Roy around 1968 when the Move where playing Blackburn, s Cavendish club he spent some time with me showing me how he played some of their hits, a really nice bloke together with the late Carl Wayne.

Roy is a great musician and a lovely character. I'm busy revisiting Wizard Brew, Mustard and the Roy Wood Story and Roy Wood's Wizzo Band. His self titled album, "Wizard" is pure genius!

Wow Roy seems to look better with age. His voice is great and he seems in good shape. It would be awesome for him to make a special appearance with Jeff on Tour in 2025 in the UK.
