Self-awareness is our compass. Knowing what we feel, why we feel it, and how it shapes our actions is the first step. It's about looking inward, often against the tide of external expectations.
Emotional regulation is our skill. It's not about bottling up or letting loose; it's about managing our emotions in a way that serves us and those around us. This might mean expressing anger constructively or allowing ourselves to grieve openly.

Empathy is our strength not our weakness.

Spot on again. Most of your videos on this channel are very accurate. I am a female INFJ and I really relsted to feeling more masculine in my responses than typical females. I have empathy but I show my love to those I'm close to by doing my best to find the solutions to their problems and share them innorder to help them heal and bwcom their best selves.

Good solid info, being a male INFJ makes it more difficult getting accurate Information because females outnumber us 2:1 and those differences rarely get attention

As an INFJ christian man, I find it hard to find an INFJ women as they just don't respond. In theory it sounds perfect once actualized but almost impossible to get started.
