I caught my ex because he was acting different I’ve never been one to look at his phone like ever. I trusted him and when he noticeably hid his phone and would lock when I’d come kiss him or give him attention. Slowly his behaviour became uneasy around me. He started to say I was cheating and getting mad at me all the time. He had been projecting his behaviour on to me. This was when we were getting ready to move in together. His friends had hyped him up to cheat because I know he wouldn’t have otherwise. All his friend’s girlfriends had stay after they had been cheated so should have been a red flag? But I never thought he would. He has a whole lot of justification for what he did and blames it on me but that was his choice and I could never hurt a person like that. So love that for me.

I lived with my ex for a year and a half when I was 17. For the entire first year hed gaslight me and try to keep my from seeing my family because he convinced me that they didn't care about me. He used to use my finger to get into my phone while I slept and blocked any man I had on my social media accounts, including family members. Found out he had a baby and his "ex" lived with her mother so on days she would come over with the baby, he'd kick me out for a few hours and tell me his landlord was coming and he'd get kicked out of his place if they found out I was there.
