He used the words" they have abortions at the ninth month"...no he didn't say they are doing it illegally. He said it is being done. Then he said the baby will be born...we will decide what to do with the baby...in other words we will execute the baby. He insinuated somewhere this is a practice to be made unlawful. Logically, it is not possible to abort a baby after it is "born" outside the uterus. That would indeed be murder. He spoke of two different situations/ scenarios to try and make a ridiculous point to justify what he did to turn back Roe v. Wade, in my opinion. She said it is illegal to kill a baby after it is born referring to the last scenario he spoke of.
