Incredible.... She knows all that and yet my mum doesn't have a clue of what Bluetooth is

Lisa Gade, you are perhaps the one of the most interesting technology reviewers on Youtube. You videos are long, but they don't have any nonsense in them. It's really cool how you seem to answer the myriad of questions a consumer might have. I have been lost looking through the different playlists on your channel and a thought came to my head. I declared that I would like every video you have posted. I'm starting with the "Popular Uploads" page, however, I don't think I can finish what I started. Liking 23 of the videos in this playlist has done a number on my right index finger. LOL! So I'm just gonna settle on subscribing to you. Keep up the EXCELLENT work. =D

If you cut out all the Super Dupers, this video is only 10 mins long!

I work at Apple as UI architect and developer. I use MacBook Air 13 for everything from design, development to watching Multiple HD videos simultaneously. Very pleased with its performance, battery life & portability. Best designed laptop ever. My only other device is iPhone 5.

Yes, you'll notice the speed improvement in the Retina model when working in LightRoom if you work with fairly high res image that are 10 megs or larger.

I think that someone who uses his computer for computer intense work should buy the pro. Others, like me, need to air. Its not that powerfull but it is fast and portability is damm good on this one.

I have and I can tell you, you can't go wrong with either. The MacBook Air is soooo good for travel! The battery is amazing. The MacBook Pro can really give you that computing power :)
They all have good stuff

Just bought the 13" macbook air and have no complaints whatsoever. It was everything i expected. It was on sale at best buy for $950 and got the student discount which took off an extra $150. Very solid and reliable computer.

Wow! Great video! This is the first review that goes beyond the descriptions turn of the displays. I was given specific information, price comparison and I love that you demonstrated the sound quality. I've made my decision on my next Mac! Thank you.

Tbh, the 2013 pro still holds up very well. I got a refurbished one from eBay today for around $500

Either would be fine for a journalism major. No need for a 15" unless you prefer a larger display.

Great comprehensive review on both laptops.  I had just gotten the newest Air in October... I feel that was the right choice given this information and how I use it.  Wonderful job highlighting all the features!

No, there really is a significant difference in computational capability between Intel's mobile and ultramobile CPUs. If you run tests like computing Pi and other CPU intensive tasks, you'll see the difference. But as I said, many folks don't need all that power. Then again, there are some who need the quad core in the 15" Retina MBP-- that's why there are different models to meet different needs.

Yes we'll review the Yoga 2. Lenovo is still working on getting review units out.
