Some landlords might tell you to take cash and prefer to take cash while visiting the property, but you can visit the property anytime. It doesn't need to be at the end of the month.

Sending rent on a money order is another way to collect rent. However, this is not a preferable way for us. Most of the time, it gets delayed or stays in the mailbox and doesn't get delivered.

Our preferable method of payment is a cash pay card.
