I had bought a can of del Monte peaches because my husband wanted them. When I gave it to him he said they tasted strange and I didn't look good. Checking the can they were a product of China. I threw them out and now check any can that I buy of any vegetable or fruit. I don't understand why the FDA does not ban these products. Europe does not have this problem.

China is circumventing this by sending its products to South Asia countries like Vietnam, where they are repackaging with labels of that country.

Primarily for ingredients and have researched brands. 365 brands don’t show origin- only distribution. I have been ordering online to save time, gas, and energy. Plus the groceries parking lots are full so I end up going home or trying somewhere else. Looks like Publix is good for locally grown produce.
