Does this tool allow for Messages to be sent via MS Teams Chats?
Can it simulate via email an external Tenant invite to join a Teams Channel?

Unfortunately MS’s support for this tool is terrible. There’s a bug whereby it assigns training to users who successfully report the phishing, yet MS don’t seem to want to fix it. It feels like a tool they developed and moved on from, with no internal support staff with any knowledge of how the tool works. They’ve been dragging their heels for months with a fix.
