Oh boy do I love Linguine with White Clam Sauce. It's one of those pastas that are so simple, yet so full of flavor and vibrant to gaze at. Long & thin flat noodles covered in a glistening, creamy, garlicky sauce adorned with spices and chopped clams.

In fact, this dish reminds me of the amazing sauce used for baked clams that we make sure the server supplies us extra bread for to soak up every last drop...but in a pasta!

It's easily one of my favorite pasta dishes ever not only because of its unforgettable rich/light flavor, but also because it’s just that: EASY...and QUICK! So get out that Instant Pot because this one's gonna change the way you cook and eat pasta!

Here is a tip that might save you 30 seconds and a dirty dish: You don’t need to combine the water and Better Than Bullion before adding it to the pot. The pressure cooking will combine them just fine. I’ve ran a few tests. :)

I used what I had on hand: fresh garlic, chicken broth, spinach linguine and dry vermouth. Changed nothing else. Turned out great. Thanks for the inspiration.

I’m not much of a cook but this recipe turned out great. Both of my kids really enjoyed it, even my son who’s a picky eater. Very easy to make, the only changes I made were to add a 3rd can of clams and a little more Parmesan cheese to soak up the extra liquid. Thanks a bunch!

I’m amazed.. if you don’t like the recipe, don’t make it! If you would do it differently, you go for it! No need to criticise or complain about such wonderful presentation or content. You think you can do better? Go ahead and make your own videos & see what it’s like to have people take everything you do & ‘make it better’ sheesh!

OMG THis was delicious! Thank you 😊 I doubled the recipe and I said to my husband “I could eat about 6 more plates of this” I and he said me too, that’s why I had to put my plate away! WINNER!

Saved your recipe a while back but just made it today....wow, thank you, this is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I tasted the slight tang of the lemon juice and the nice mixture of the basil, parsley and oregano. Unbelievable....my go to recipe from now on and i have made my share of them!

I made this tonight and it was delicious!! Only thing I noticed that my linguine was not fully cooked at 6 minutes and it was sticking together. I left it in for a minute longer. Other than that, it was awesome! Thank you. You make it look so easy. I've only had my IP for 1 week. I love it.

I have made this recipe about 10 times since I first found it 2 years ago, not a lot I know. Because I’m busy cooking your other recipes, anyhow. This has been tasted by about 95 people, mostly family; it’s the best they have ever had is what I hear and I’ve barely tweaked it at all! Thank you so much for this one!

Made it today. Very good. Linguine wasn't fully cooked at 6 minutes so I put it in for 2 more. Substituted a can of chicken broth for the Better than Bouillon garlic broth. The supermarket had every kind but the garlic version and I didn't want to use the beef one I have in the fridge. Used a chardonnay. Gives me an excuse to finish it off :). Garlic almost masks the clams so I'd recommend using a teaspoon unless you really love garlic. Great dish.
