Today, I am going to be doing a video on the Hisense U8G Gaming Review. The Hisense U8G is a great TV that is packed full of gaming features. It also has a great picture with deep blacks and vibrant colors. It is a 4K ULED TV with a native refresh rate of 120hz. The Hisense U8G also has HDMI 2.1, so it can display games at 4K at 120Hz. Not only does the Hisense U8G have HDMI 2.1, but it also has freesync premium and gsync compatibility. If you are looking for a gaming tv for the Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS5, PC, or older gaming consoles, I would highly recommend the Hisense U8G. Hey everyone! Forgot to mention it in the video, but I did not experience any ghosting with my unit. The only thing to note is that if you are planning to game at only 60fps rather than 120, plug it into the HDMI 2.0 ports. Sometimes there are image artifacts if you don't do so. Hisense is working on fixing this, so that is only for the time being!

This is my TV for the fall. Hoping the price will drop a little during black Friday. The stand is different elsewhere compared to the UK though. Keep triple-checking to make sure it REALLY is the U8G. Other than that KILLER review!!

I love watching movies and YouTube on this TV. I've not tried gaming with it yet, but I'm sure it would be great. The only thing bad about this TV is the heat it gives off; air venting is poor. I'm not sure how long about the longevity of the electrical components inside this tv will be. No reviewer mentions the ventilation of this TV.

This TV is such a great deal for the price. Very comperable performance to the QN90A but currently $600 less when comparing the 55 inch models. Plus two HDMI 2.1 ports whereas the QN90A only has one.

Edit: I've seen some interesting complaints from PC gamers about this display. I'm going to try it and swap it for an LG C1 if the problems are significant.

Hi! I had a lot of flickering/screen tearing on my U8G when playing Warzone/No Man's Sky/etc on my Series X. I had to turn off VRR to run it... and wanted to ask: 1) Have you ever encountered this issue? 2) Would you suggest any fixes? 3) Does having VRR off cause a drastic difference in picture/gaming quality?
