Wow, there is way more contrast in the Hisense. The Samsung was appalling. The loading screen 2:13 was the easiest way to catch the difference. I'll take accurate colors and contrast over saturation. Sheesh.

I'm kinda glad my h9f have been stable no motion problems or red ghosting. The latest firmware k0817 made the color's more realistic not over saturated.

Hisense is affordable and ok TV for gaming PS5 or Xbox but QN 90A NEO is something very special.... only problem is big price for 65" ....

Hello Fomo, I couldn't use Local dimming when Game Mode is on and problems with sound at 4k/120hz, I hope is just my TV but let me know if you have the same issues or not, thank you, keep up the good work.!!

I am getting either the LG C1, or the U8G for sure. I’m a little worried about burn in on the OLED, so it may be the U8G for my series X.

I think the Samsung is very oversaturated and then U8G colors lack pop. But I will still take contrast over colors.

How is it that everyone who did an early review on this tv didn’t see any ghosting or mention it with the U8G gaming videos?, i.e. Quantum Tv, FOMO, and Joelster, but now that people have their hands on it they’re reporting ghosting?….

Looking like a real good contender for me. Looking for a mixed use tv and since I won't use Freesync unless I need it, I can just turn it off and it seems that the colors and brightness should still be there.

I prefer better contrast and better black levels resulting to more natural colors rather than over saturation.

Sony has really been dropping the ball lately. X900H was advertised with VRR and 4K at 120hz = still NO VRR and 4K 120hz mode results in a blurry screen
PS5 was advertised with 1TB of SSD Storage = But We’re still stuck at 667 GB
A90J was advertised with gaming features but you had to read the very small fine print at the bottom of the screen that stated gaming features will become available in the future with a software update.

Joelster in his video saw that Local Dimming was disabled when the TV recognized the Xbox. On Avsforum someone said the auto recognition on the U8G can be turned off and then local dimming turned on. FOMO are you seeing this too and is this why the image on the U8G look darker?

I believe I saw in another review, the hdr content settings turns off local dimming completely in game mode.
