I went for an interview for a job that was originally a GS 12 but now this position is being hired at GS-09 level, FPL GS-12) me it would be two years before one could advance. Does it make sense to go for a job like this?

I believe it is an NF- 03 on the grade scale and it also broke down hourly rates. I was wondering how pay works for intermittent employees? Are we paid salary or hourly?

Well please explain this situation I’ve been at a GS-7 for 3 years. I’ve been applying for a GS getting denied for a 9 because they are saying I don’t have time and grade. Let not forget I have a master degree. Help me I need so advice.
