yall i’m telling you RN this actually works. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks along with booty workouts and i’ve seen a MASSIVE change in my hip shape. my hips have become more curved and the shape of my bum is a lot more rounder. I recommend to do this workout along side 2 booty workouts to see quicker results. (i also workout 4-5 times a week)

The most realist person from all the videos I’ve seen bc they say things like “how to get RID of hip dips” unlike this woman here she said “you can’t fully get rid of them bc of your bone structure” and I appreciate it now I know I can’t get rid of it but how to show it less W to this woman :)

usually booty/hip dip workouts don’t motivate me but i’m glad this video is realistic and you would laugh of tiredness or pain lolll same !! at least i know i’m not the only person who struggles this is a great vid. i’m going to do this workout everyday !! tysm <3

Thank you so much I can already feel the burn I’ll do it 3-4x a week and I’ll reply to this comment for progress 😊 waist : 26 hips: 39 for reference I am 15 yrs old and I weigh about 56-57kg which is around 120 pounds and I am 5’2/5’3💕. . WEEK 1 : lil update so I’ve done this 4x this week with a resistance band all the way through. My waist :25.8 and my hips are surprisingly 39.5 😳 my mum even said that my hips look curvier and I can honestly feel the burn every time I do it💕 I’m gonna keep updating you again thank you so much 100% recommend 🥰. . . WEEK 2: I have done this exercise 3x with a resistance band all the way through this week and measurements are waist: 25.7 and hips 39.5, still no different from last week but they’re still very good results because I’m able to maintain it. As far as looks, my hips have definitely filled out from the back and the sides, my hip dips are still there but they’re definitely less visible. And I wanted that from this workout so THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN<3 I will be updating you all next week. . . . WEEK 3 : so I have done this workout 3x this week and I have also started to do her waist HIIT 3x a week as well. Yesterday my family said that they have noticed I have lost weight in my face which I’m so glad to hear. And my hips are definitely more round as for results hips : 39.4 and waist 25.8 which is good as I started with 39 and 26. . . . . WEEK 4 : I have done this workout only twice this week because I was lacking motivation but I did do her small waist workout 3 times this week. I’m not even joking but my butt has gotten bigger as me and my mum have realised and my waist has definitely slimmed down. Waist: 25.7 hips: 39.6.

Omg guysss, this workout realllyyy works, I honestly didn’t believe that it would make much of a difference but I looked at the mirror today after only doing the work out 3 times during the course of the week, and I can actually see them filling up! Thank you soo much for this work out, it really made a difference! Guys just make sure to take rest days and eat a caloric surplus and you will see results!!! ( also resistance bands enhance the workout)❤️✨

thank u soooo much it actually worksss. I have hip dips and love handles!!! my hip dips are almost gone and my love handles are making a difference slightly. I did this 4 times last week and I started to get back on it today and my waiste are getting tiny which is sooo amazing thank uuu❤️

* Day 1: Burns but I’m used to it because I’m not really new to the fit world 🤣🤣 Push yourself though!! ( With bands, you can see more results since it restricts you and you would have to force your body weight against it!)
* Day 2: Sore from day 1 and really loving today 😁
* day 3: ✅
* day 4: ✅

Week Two-
* Adding sets and reps to gain more results ☺️

hey guys, sorry for not being too active with this but this workout vid made a difference!! just know that you can’t really take away your hips dips but you can create an illusion to seem more ‘curvier’ around your hips! i recommend this video and i noticed how toned i was. keep pushing :)

Suggestion when doing these workouts for long periods of time- take 1-2 week breaks every once in a while, it gives your body a time to cool down and fill its place. I stop for a week or so and return and it not only feels good but my body fills into place :)

YESS this workout work to remove my hip dips but now I’m trying to build my hips a little bit bigger so I can get an hourglass ⌛️ figure because I have wide shoulders but otherwise yes it worked tysm now I’m going to to your hourglass 3 week challenge!<33
