Girl, it's as if you read my mind! Thank you so much for these tips Ana! I'm like 2k words behind but my reasons are all health related, I have a chronic thyroid disease alongside a really bad cold . . . so, my mind is excited and motivated but my body is at the opposite end. But I try my hardest every day because I do have school and a lot of things to get done. And I love Nano, and my story! 😊❤💕

i was totally worrying about having not much content for my book, so then after i was like
"ok what do i want to add in a super awesome super super cool book"
1. Pirates
2. A cottage by the sea
3. Secret messages/codes
so then i brainstormed a bit and i found a way to put all three of these themes into my book AND NOW IM SO EXCITED TO WRITE IT BUT AT THE SAME TIME I DO NOT WANT TO WRITE IM SO TIRED TODAY LOL

My computer broke just before November started so I had to work for the first 11 days just with a pen and paper. Required a new computer and much of my work was not backed up in any way besides on the computer that broke. Have learnt much from this exercise but at a great cost.

i am so behind - I decided to rework my entire plot the first day of November. Cause apparently I am a crazy person lol. But I am not too stressed about it. It's a better story now and in the end if I decided to do it after NaNoWriMo I would have needed to delete most of my work anyway. so better do it upfront and maybe go for a lesser word count goal. I'll still try to catch up though
