Can you still send the same sampler to multiple music non exclusive libraries but write the email tailored specifically to that library? In summary, write emails differently and original but sending the same sampler yo non exclusive libraries.

Thanks for the tips! A question I have is: If you're rejected from one library, Is it okay to pitch another set of tracks later on to the same library? For example, my idea is to send a separate moods of piano album, then a rock one later on, but of course not before receiving a rejection or approval.

So let’s say you pitched to a sync library, you have some tracks specifically made for them, along with a website that displays these tracks. What if you want to pitch to more than one library at a time l? do I need to make another website? Or do I just pitch to one library then wait and if they don’t want it, or I don’t hear anything back, then I move onto another library with the same catalog?

I am a little bit confused... Most Libraries ask for 3-5 tracks so wouldn't 12 be too many? If i only have let's say 4 tracks then could that be considered an album?
