Every time I see barrel leg jeans I see bow legged cowboy. 😅🤣😬

The only quilted things I like are actual quilts.

I stick with the Jackie O look. Classic shapes and colors, natural fabrics, and high-quality handbags and shoes. Soft, natural hair and makeup. This style never looks cheap or tacky. Once in a while I pick up a trendy item but I never pay too much for it, knowing it will probably only last one season.

I think the thing with denim skirts is that, if not done right, it can give “keep sweet, pray and obey”.

Also, the closed toe Birkenstocks look like potatoes.

Kitten heels are the bomb! They elevate your look without killing your feet. Kitten heels all the way baby!

Kitten heels are great for us older ladies who used to wear 3-4 inch heels, but can no longer because of bad knees and I am 71 and I want to be comfortable and still look nice.

I can't tell you how happy I am to hear that the distressed jeans are going away. I've been soooo tired of that look for years. It's been frustrating picking up a pair of jeans in the perfect wash just to find rips, tears, and holes. Ugh!

No maxi denim skirts, no ballet flats, no quilted, def no mesh flats or purse charms! ❤

I think as far as Ugg’s go, you obviously live in a warm climate. As someone who lives in Chicago, there is nothing more comforting on a freezing cold day then a pair of Uggs! They might not be high fashion but they are definitely a necessity.
Ps, Grover is the cutest!

Hey people. A lot of us who are tall wear kitten heels cause we like the heel but don’t want the extra height. Kitten heels are awesome!

I agree, any time I wear a shoe and my foot looks like a loaf of bread, I'm out. That's how I feel about Uggs--that's how I felt in the 90s and nothing has changed! I do have sheepskin house slippers, but they're only for inside the house.

Something I would LOVE for fashion influencers to consider is HAIR COLOR as well as skin color when emphasizing the good better and best choices to discuss. I’ve noticed that the ones I follow happen to be blonde, or have lots of highlights. I’m 1/2 Mexican and have pale skin, and lightly highlighted darker hair. Black lace looks and feels tacky to you because it’s too stark for you. It looks great on darker ladies- IF it’s of good quality. Light colored shoes, don’t feel right to me. I’ve just recently started considering this, and I’m interested in your thoughts. I’ve heard the the color of your hemline should be considered when selecting shoes, but so should hair color. A woman with silver hair looks great with gray, pewter or silver shoes. A blonde looks great with nude or tan shoes. I do not. Black shoes in Summer would feel heavy for you, but for me they balance my look.
Do you see what I’m trying to explore here??

Anna, you don't need to apologize! It's your channel and opinion. If people don't like it, that's their problem. You're a very kind person and it shows❤

Kitten heels work for me as I am on the taller side and my spouse is on the shorter side. A plus is that they're easier for me to walk in than high heels.

I liked this video - the influencer being honest about being influenced! Sometimes we have to take a step back and look at items as they fit our style - not every trend is meant to be consumed each season. This is why I enjoy your content and have unsubscribed from others 😊

As a size 6.5 footed person chunky loafer are amazing for work. Love all the delicious cushion I get from them while being on feet all day. Those or combat boots are my go to for comfort when I don’t want to wear tennis shoes.

In the suburbs between NYC & Philadelphia, trends are barely a thing and we just wear whatever we want. I'd say about 80% of the trends are rarely seen here, and for the 20% it's all about comfort. I have yet to see even a trench coat or sweater around the shoulders, and those are not even trends but "must haves for every closet". I love looking at trends on other people, and am happy to let others enjoy it. Especially the 80s/90s throwbacks like the gray top you are wearing - been there, done that; it's adorable on you and on me it would look like I'm trying too hard or won't let go of the 80s. I've learned to appreciate looking at others enjoying the fashion of my younger days. 😆

This is obviously a personal thing because we all have different shapes and sizes so it really all depends, one person can look amazing in something that would look horrific on someone else. ❤
