10 Wearable Fashion Trends That Will Be HUGE in 2023!
I'm so excited about the new fashion trends heading our way for 2023. I know it's super early to be talking about next year's fashion trends but the whole idea of today's video is to give you a little head start on what to expect. I often get asked if a particular item will still be on trend next year and if it's worth the investment now so to make sure you hold on to those fab pieces you own or to help you plan your upcoming purchases I wanted to cover off 10 of the top fashion trends for 2023. I'd love to hear what you think of these trends and whether you can see yourself wearing any of them. I'm picking that you may even own some of the pieces which will definitely make it easier to create cool on trend outfits to step out in style in 2023. Also I wanted to give a shout out to the team at Javy Coffee for sponsoring today's episode and introducing me to the most delicious coffee that not only is quick and easy to make (you don't need a fancy coffee machine taking up space on your bench) and it means I can enjoy real coffee at home without spending a fortune on take out coffees that don't taste as good - so thanks guys!

Anyway, thank you to you too for watching and I really hope you got some value out of today's episode. Look forward to seeing you in the next one.

I really appreciate your trend videos. Being 62, I’ve seen trends cycle in and out and I have items that often fit in with current trends. I love brown. I went through a brown period many years ago and have brown pants, blazers, sweaters, etc., that I’ve always had in rotation so it’s nice to know they’ll be considered trendy again.

Blazers will never go out of style. Short to long they always stay in style. It what you combined the blazer with. So don't get rid of any of your short or long blazers.

I feel like rather than looking fashionable people should find their own signature styles that don't have to be changed each 1-2 years. However, this guide is definitely brilliant for those who want to elevate their styles by mixing them up with some trending items! Loved when you said 'classic doesn't have to be boring'. SO TRUE...Thank you for sharing these ideas 💕

I LOVE pink and red together!! I wear it a lot as separate items rather than the two colours in the one item. I also like pink and orange as well as orange and red. It is surprising how well these two complementary colours work together. I have a few cargo pants and love wearing them with heels. I am also a biker jacket fan, as well as white tanks. As to lower rise, I will give that a miss and stick to my high waisted pants.

I have had a good quality black classic blazer and a soft wool navy blazer for over 20 years.. got them on sale.. left over from workdays. I will never get rid of them...also bought a cotton cream almost new French connection blazer in a charity shop, great for a few pounds and a cream evening style blazer years ago on sale. They are not worn that often as retired now but I am going to use them more ...with jeans for day and nice trousers..or even over dresses for evening. They are more stylish than cardigans. They also go well under my trench coat...First one I have owned for years...again on sale classic beige.
I am in my late 60s and I can wear all of the styles you have shown here in one way or other. Such a great video for my age group too. Thanks so much . I will use this info a lot.

Color Block is easy to create DIY with button Downs from a thrift store! Cut in half down the back, color to your heart content and sew back together ✨️✨️✨️

I will wear one piece or an accessory in bright color, but I'm shy of wearing an all "dopamine" outfit and also to try color block outfits. I can't wear much brown because it doesn't go well with my complexion but I could do with some brown pants. And yes, I love white tank tops! Thanks again for a fun video, Leonie.

This video is priceless! It has inspired me to get out of the boring rut of wearing the same clothes combinations and try something new for a change. Color is something I always admire in others but find it hard to purchase and wear often. Seeing these many colors for next year, no more excuses from me. Thank you for sharing with us!

I have been drawn to pink and red for the past couple of years. It’s such an uplifting combination and looks good on my skin.

I bought a red dress for mom's funeral last year. We're native American and it's a color from the medicine wheel. Now it's trendy! I can wear it again.

Thanks! How about a cup of tea? lol This former retired NYC fashion illustrator is all set at age 74, still "young at heart"! I still love style, but now comfort is of the highest premium! So no more lethal looking high heels that look like weapons these days! Thankfully, there are tons of smart looking fashionable flats to wear ala the late great fashion icon beautiful actress and humanitarian Audrey Hepburn and her classic style that hasn't gone out of fashion in over 60 years! I still have a silver glittery sweater I've had for a number of years, too! My favorite pieces are comfy drawstring pants and long cardigans! And love the Paris chic of French designer/stylist Ines de la Fressange who is in her early 60s now. Also, love Boho Chic which reminds me a bit of hippie days with long floral print dresses which I still have worn with long beaded necklaces! Cheers from old Yankee New England! ❤💙💜✌😃🌹

Omygoodness the accent is music to my ears!!! I’ve been living in the USA for the past 6 years but was born in Auckland, raised in Kerikeri and NEVER hear kiwis here! Thanks for taking the plunge and starting a channel on what you love!

Well, I am a tea drinker and right now while it hot here, it got to be over ice. lol Like a little sheen in a garment to add a statement to a look and I have a some old stuff in my closet that will qualify and I also got some new addition of items that I will be excited to wear with this theme. That colorblocking is something I have not really styled yet for an outfit but I do want to see what I can do with some thrifted men button ups shirts buttonup together to get this colorblock vibe. Pink and red makes me think of Valentines day outfit. Dopamine dressing is what I keep striving for because I can tend to be on the more not happy mood. I like seeing you wearing color and realize that you are in the cold months in your location, it makes me smile. Strapless top for me would only do for me, thru layering it on top of a shirt or dress (my girls need major support). I am freaking blazer addictated. I just can't help myself. I have old ones that been in my closet forever all different fits and lengths and then I have the ones that are in my newer collection of thrifted blazer (mostly men) and suits. I got a pair of brown geniune leather pants with suspenders, this is a piece I am excited to wear once the chill hit the air. Yeah, sticking with the leather motto jackets styling but if I get an occassion to wear a black leather pants with a leather jacket, I going to take well advantage of it. TeeHee! I got official Harley Davison biker boots because I use to ride with my boyfriend but since he was in a major motocycle accident I will not be riding with him until we are able to afford me the padded pant, jacket, gloves (because that the proper gear is what saved his life and protected from premeant injury). I enjoyed this video and got everything covered except for the white tanks. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
