Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Moves To SC, Seeks 7-Day Extension Of Bail To Conduct Medical Tests

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has filed a petition in the Supreme Court, seeking an extension of his interim bail by seven days in connection to the money laundering case linked to the liquor policy scam. He was released on May 10 after the court approved his interim bail plea in order to campaign for the Lok Sabha polls.

Common man loosing faith in judiciary department. He should not have given bail for canvassing and now seeking extn which court may permit.

It is really ridiculous. Our supreme court has to be strong on their Judgement. If he gets bail all crimnals also will start appealing for Bail. It is not safe for the country. We keep faith in our Judges.

SC judges should offer 100% safety and security to Swati Maliwal. If a criminal commits a crime while released on bail by Judges, by rejecting objections of the police, there should be accountability on the judiciary, and monetary compensation is not sufficient but should face legal consequences, for a wrong and deliberate decision that led to a crime.

If the Supreme Court grants an extension of interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal this time, it will raise a question mark on our system. People are already greatly surprised by the interim bail granted to him despite the numerous cases he is involved in. He should be treated like any other case, with no special treatment. Similarly, the case of the Kerala CM Vijayan has been postponed more than 35 times with various excuses, which also warrants scrutiny.

Arvind Kejriwal need to get bail. SC need to check why and why corrupt politicians who are in BJP now don't face legal action. Kejriwal is clean and SC have an obligation to the people of the country who trust him to get an extension without any Conditions.

Such an irony....When this dramebaj self introduced anarchist was in Jail, he was an Active CM of Delhi, but when SC granted him 2 weeks to go out of jail and roam around the country for election campaigning but he cannot work as CM (Or in other words suspended CM because he is having full majority and support in assembly for him to be the leader of the house) ....MY GOD ....IS THIS DEMOCRACY??

Kejriwal is not and not For heaven's sake a, criminal but sacrificed his life for upliftment of poor and middle class and the benefits which people are experiencing right now. This model of Kejriwal need to be followed by everybody including BJP.
