The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken significant action against Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, moving Delhi's court against him, following multiple skipped summons. The matter has escalated after Kejriwal has consistently failed to respond to five summons issued by the ED. The ED has accused the Delhi Chief Minister of ignoring the summons as well as not cooperating with the investigations. This has led the ED to resort to legal measures, escalating the matter to court. The ED has expressed frustrations over Kejriwal's non-compliance, pointing out this behavior has impeded ongoing investigations. The latest move by the ED marks a significant twist in the case, amplifying its gravity and potentially influencing the political landscape in Delhi. #ArvindKejriwal #EnforcementDirectorate #DelhiCourt #LegalNews
