Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Moves Supreme Court After High Court Blocked His Bail Order | India Today

The Delhi High Court on Friday directed an interim stay on the trial court order granting bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case. The Delhi Chief Minister will remain in Tihar jail for now.

The Delhi High Court is likely to pronounce its order on June 25. "I am reserving the order for two to three days. Till pronouncement of the order, the operation of the trial court order is stayed," Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain said.

Law should be equal to all. But SC breached this already, may due to India today has great affection & love for kejriwal. I think if there is any law prevailing in this country that instead of convicted / to be convicted person he can put another to prison to serve his conviction period, he can easily get this from this channel....guess who may be ...some may say reporter barron RS.
