Nah it’s not the brisket corned beef is normally up off the shoulder but I mean yea people do corn up briskets but it’s not traditionally the brisket

Why curing salt, it wasn't going to hang to cure long term? You were eating curing salt just a few days after you prepared this, why add nitrate when there is no need!
