40 year customer who had three floods in my dream/retirement home due to rural water Dept putting in new lines & increasing the pressure to twice the acceptable amount. I placed a regulator on my line & the flooding stopped. State Farm went after the plumber who’s now deceased. No luck. I’m out $15k in deductibles & SF drops me due to number of claims. However, they have no problem insuring my four vehicles & collecting my monthly premium on those. That’s horse _ _ _ _. Where was my insurance company when I needed them most? It’s all about the $$.

This video is useless. Claims process is just to prolong claims go thru the process and make up reason to deny claims. A fraud and scam.
