Hey guys, here is my full guide to the Let Me Solo Him achievement. This is definitely a work in progress doing these types of videos and I like some of the animation I did in this but it was way too time consuming to do the amount I would have liked. Appreciate all feedback on this one.

Make sure to comment any success you have had with certain classes for achieving this mount.

Got through as a 610 Sentinel Survival hunter, ferocity pet, Brann on heal/porcelain/amorphous at level 50. He spent majority of fight unconscious - especially phase 2, but was up enough to get potions out. Posthaste disengage to remove spittle dot every time.

One thing not mentioned is that the regular boss auto attacks hit very hard and can crit! Probably not as much of an issue for demo lock, but for many classes, you may need to use a defensive cd just for normal melee if no Brann potions are available. This was the case for me on ilvl 609 ele shaman. Ironically, this gets easier on phase 2 since the boss stops attacking more often for other mechanics, but if you’re less than ~70 or 80% HP, you could get unexpectantly killed from an auto attack crit, so use your defensive a liberally if the boss is going in for a normal attack.

Thanks for your advice of tanking him in the middle of the room. Got him to 30% on my havoc DH (ilvl609) and I have a feeling he'll be dead after next great vaults upgrade :)

thanks for the guide. ich dont like the way blizzard designed this fight. for melee its just luck based on must trys. can you reach the web cocoon to kill it in time, or not. it just sucks to waste time on these trys

After a TON of trial and error. Learning percice rotations and when to pop abilities. I got him down with lvl 43 brann on heal mode, as a 610 ret pally

thanks for this awsome video / guide, I appreciate the time and effort put into making it, as a lock myself I am wondering how you manage to interupt so many spells and what pet you use, I know we have spell lock on 1 per and mortal coil but I am a little unsure if I am missing something when it comes to a talent or spell / potion etc I may be missing to help, I love using my lock and will mist doubtedlt use it for this fight or maybe my hunter but any help of build / pet / spell etc would be so great and would be highly appreciated, thanks again, great video.

My Brann was dying during swirlies, I had to start babysitting him. This got me killed several times till I did it.

I feel dumb for standing at max range thinking the cone was almost unavoidable and relied on disengage to avoid it. Forgot i can shoot from close range

I was able to solo this on whatever the 1st question mark level is. 599 Destro Lock. just need to kill the adds before they spawn and don't stand in the frontals. Used my blueberry to tank it didn't die.

Well, I have done the archivement, but i cant trans the mount. Blizz and his buggs, hopes it solves. Nice vid, just late 4 me xD. Done has destro lock, couse with hero talents, u can dispell your self using TP. I use to let brann to disspell the first, them i use tp to dispell the secont and the third use to be brann... usually not always xD. Nice tip, macro to cousterspell the heal he cast so u dont miss.

Let me be clear; you need to have enough dps to kill the egg/spider add, which pretty much excludes tanks and healers.

This need to be balanced like we had with the mage tower.. each class are diffrent you cant make it for 1-2 class to solo it meanwhile its a solo content you cant do it in group..

I kill him in my first try, but had to do it again, because I died 0.1 sec after him.from all his skills only watching for this little spider, he was the reason to died first try.
My main class is destro lock, 605 item level.just stay at max range from him and dodge when is need to dodge

As a demo lock, what spells did you use for interrupts and removing the spittle? Any special talents you recommend?

How are you removing the dot on yourself if brand dosnt do it for ya? I did the first version as affliction and i ran the imp to remove the dot but ya will need a interupt as well cant have both sadly
