One key item that I would also recommend to anyone looking to “level up” in excel: use dynamic named ranges/tables as your data source. This will allow you to scale your pivots/dashboards with additional data without needing to reassign the data source.

Hey, I'm a new joiner at one of the big4 and I'm trying to find ways to make myself more useful to my team during meeting ( I don't have a lot of expertise yet so I can't really join the discussions). Someone said I should learn how to make GREAT meeting minutes/notes and do that if I want to impress my team and be valuable to them. Would you have any tips on that topic/could you make a video about it?

I liked when you showed how to use Calculated Fields to make a new variable from the other variables for each item. But is there a way to do a calculation to create a new variable based on the *condition/value* of a column/variable (i.e. comparing between items)? In my case I have a column/variable (lets call it "Subpart") that only has two values (1 or 2) and I want to compare the ratio of a measured variable ("Measurement") between the Subparts (i.e. 1/2).
