I began Training karate when i was in 3rd grade because all of my classmates who were much bigger and stronger bullied me and attcked me every day, so i began training karate and now as an 11th grader im a part of my country's national karate team and i got so strong and karate was just the best thing that happened to me, and i stopped seeking revenge only when i began taking karate to my heart

Having fun, staying fit, self-defense, and defending those who you care about, along with also building your body bit by bit so you can fully build it in the gym or at home later on.

My reason: so I can train others in mixed martial arts, cause so many people my age dont really know self defense, and just really lack skill variety, so I figured if I could train myself in something, I can train others in that style too

I started at 3 because I thought it was cool. Now I do it because it’s just a part of my life, AND I like learning flashy kicks.

I love how the first one had nothing to do with mentioning physical skills. The first thing he lists is to improve confidence, I like that. Developing good characteristics is so important.

Heres a lesson for anyone,
Martial arts isnt to fight, its to protect and for defense, it will humble your mind, make you calmer in much situations, which is why I'm learnin!

I started because I grew up with cerebral palsy and I loved watching martial arts movies, anime etc and was told “ you can’t do that you have a disability “ I’m now 29 and still training
turns out I have a natural talent for martial arts, but alot of it had to be learned a lot differently because of my cerebral palsy.

None of the above, my aunt wanted me to learn self defense. I was bullied by most people and the only one who didnt was my younger brother and adults. Everyone else I couldnt entirely trust, I evolved to be a fiercw warrior but learned to intensely hate first then I learned to more intensely love others. Someone should have been as bullied like I was but it happened and I live to tell the tale. Dont be a bully to anyone, be a better person than that and show kindness and respect to everyone.
