Yes, that's correct. It's a duet with Phil Collins of Genesis and Phillip Bailey from Earth, Wind & Fire. Recorded and released on the Chinese Wall album back in 1985. That's Collins on the drums, I believe. I was 14 when this dropped and a freshman in high school. I thought it was hilarious when y'all jumped out your seats when the song started. Totally pissed myself laughing. You youngsters are awesome. Don't let anyone tell you different.
