This challenge changed my life. I did it when I was sixty-six. I’m going to be 69 soon and I’m still at it!

I love seeing others on their fitness journey! I recently took myself on a weight loss journey, and it’s been such a transformative experience. I’m on 📍day 4 of 75 Hard 🎉 I’m down 6 pounds already. I can’t wait to be able to say I finished 75 Hard. I am Rooting for everyone on this journey. keep pushing, and keep inspiring! I AM COMMITTED TO FINISHING THIS PROGRAM 🤝

This is exactly the video. I was hoping you would make I watch all your videos and this is been one of the most profound videos that you've ever created. It's really a honest how to do the specific goal. Idea: will you please add this top of narrative at the end of every other new video explaining your honest thoughts and reviews of the video and how we can do the same as your fan

I can attest this IS LIFE CHANGING. But I find 75 Medium is better for me, which is (1) 45 min workout - instead of (2) a day, I also don't diet.
Even still, I got LEANER than ever.
- Zero alohol
- (1) 45 min workout
- Progress photo
- 10 pages of non fiction
- 1 gallon of water
Be sure to get an accountability partner (whom you trust) to go through it with you. I don't think I would stick to it without the trusted partner to go through it with.

So happy for you.

I started to suspect with you guys and one other certain Youtuber. That their channel resolves around doing challenges before stopping and starting all over again for content. So in essence starting at day 1 every single time. Which is frustrating to watch.

I'm genuinely so happy for you, seeing you've taken what you've learned and kept the workouts going and making REAL long-lasting progress.

I'm on day 1 pf my 3rd attempt of the challenge, thanks for the tips. I'm gonna complete it this time, I'll check back in on July 12th and let you know how it goes!

Also, if i remember correctly, 75 hard is just the first phase, Andy has protocols for after completing it where you begin to add different things into your routine that help your business or projects grow

The more automatic life is the easier. So making good habits automatic, is the key. I learned that from Atomic Habits but honestly I´ve never applied what I learned.

What would you say are the best things you *read* during 75 hard? There's a lot of emphasis put on the physical transformation you went through, and understandably so, but I'd love to hear more about what you read during this challenge.

I usually prepare and set next days food today. No need to think or ponder, just heat up and eat.
Easy to not cheat this way.

Question/thoughts on habits. How do you handle the inevitable break of habits as an example say on a 10 day vacation away from home? Allow it, it's vacation time, allow some flexibility with some consistent habits but not as intense or maybe continue strict adherence. No right or wrong answer but would love your thoughts. I say this as its my first workout after a 2 week Carribean vacation 😂

Not sure why I decided to do it starting in January here in Ottawa. The day # just coincided with a trip south in April. Halfway thru and the bathroom breaks and 2 a days are fine most days but not everyday. It is as much mental as physical. Thanks for the video and the motivation to get started. Even over 50s can do it.

Everytime you went through a “transformation”, i couldn’t help from wondering whether you were going keep it. You’ve done this kind of things many times in the past recent years but seems like you keep failing to maintain it. Hope this time it’ll be different! Good luck!

The farthest I've gotten is Day 36, and a few days ago I made it to Day 9. Being more scheduled with drinking the water makes it easier and unattainable. When things feel a bit off and I fall behind on the water earlier in the day is usually when I'm more likely to fall off and then start over. Fantastic video! I'll get there by the end of the year for sure.

I did it back during the 2020 pandemic. I wish I had stuck with what I had achieved

Hi Cam, loved the video as always. I'm wondering where you guys could take the channel to now that you've both reached great physique. How about learning a new sport in X days and see where that could take you ? Something that is phisically demanding but also trains you differently than the gym such as boxing or climbing/bouldering.
