Use a ratchet strap to compress fork :) Have to do that on Fox Forks on MTB.

Use ratchet straps to compress the springs then drive in the bolts

I think you could use a table vice grip to compress the fork. Else, large C-clamps.

Look, the bolt have only 5 side 8:40 Min its a custom box ...

Hydraulics mate?? Screw it on while it's mounted to a scooter and stand on it, use a big vise or any big clamps, use a ratchet strap. How is that a problem

5 side bolt. Use cheaper china tube wrench 6 side and make with pliers 5 side.

Nut ist rusting so why not to spray some black paint on top of that after installing? It would help to protect
