And then in five minutes after riding thr entire inside is dirt mixed with grease becase there are no cheap forks that exist which are sealed, you are literally polishing a turd by doing this. Just invest in better forks, £100 will get you a good set of second hand forks like rockshox recon which are sealed and have compression and rebound adjustments that work, unlike all cheap bike suspension forks

Those Forks are like Po-go sticks, they just bounce up and down, very dangerous because they don’t have any Damping Rods, and very little internal parts.. good video though 😁👍

I'd consider the quality or lack-thereof, concerning the twisting of the Fork Bridge/Arch, as some are VERY UNSAFE because some are very weak.
