If your Insta account is hacked and all recover/contact details are changed, seems you are just screwed. No way to reach meta/insta support to reinstate your account. Anybody any clues how to get back in control of your account in this case? Cheers!

Facebook keeps sending me Restriction Notices associating my phone with someone named Cammy Hampton. There is not link to respond or help them correct their stupid, aggravating error. I have spent a great deal of time trying to figure out how to contact this maniacal system and I am frustrated. So, I am just posting this. Maybe someone knows who Cammy Hampton is and will tell her to get off my phone number. Looks like no options at Facebook.
