My only problem with this game is that it makes you grind the thing that you need to open the other thing that you also need to girnd to get the other thing that you need to grind for the final item that you want that is gated behind a range mechanic... after a while, it becomes super boring and tedious.

Can confirm that the new system works great 👌 a little confusing getting the actual nexon ID account to pop up the “my info” tab, but once I refreshed the page, I was able to find it and everything else was easy.

Hmm, it seems that even though I'm primary on Steam. Linking the Nexon ID seems to automatically make the primary account goes to Nexon and doesn't have any game data on Steam....despite me playing it on Steam. Well, as long it works.

This is one of the best games of 2024, everything else that has came out is pretty much garbage. Except Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, that ranks number two in my book.

Did the Set-up primary account just now and re-linked it in my console. I am now able to access the shop

I linked my account on Xbox from release went ok but last two weeks had trouble getting into the Freya shop as there was no way in, annoying

Not fixed, seems to be going horribly wrong just as often as it did before, if not more. Multiple new problems on the TFD Discord this week with lost progression and failed linking, as per usual. People arent understanding that their Nexon ID is sufficient as a Primary if thats where their data is. They are then attempting to link Steam / Xbox / Whatever and because they are already linked to a Nexon ID, thats making them a new blank account with no progress - back to the same old issues. People are thinking 'I am playing on Xbox so my Primary has to be Xbox' and thats not what the Primary Account system is about, at all.

I play on Xbox most of the time but I bought a Rog Ally so I can play The First Descendant on the go, yes thats how much I enjoy this game.
I have to use a steam account and I didn't have any issues, that was like a month ago.
Anyway The game is definitely going in the right direction but we need to be able to dismantle everything from our Lost and Found mail box, we need to be able to colour our Ultimate Descendants "default" skin and also a photo mode.
I love the First Descendant and Im going to keep playing, its my personal GOTY and my main game, I completely stopped playing CoD since the First Descendant came and even though Im going to play CoD BO6 on Gamepass I wont be spending any money on that woke piece of crap, I rather spend money buying more skins on The First Descendant

This is truly stupid that we have to risk our account to link it LOL there should be some type of link you can click from in-game that has no chance of messing things up. I'm just going to continue doing it the way I have been through clicking the PlayStation button and not worry about linking the account with Nexon. I have gotten several items already all of the crystal catalysts most of the weapon Blueprints and polymers. All of the important code Breakers. So it is worth doing in my opinion but I don't think linking the account is worth it. It's too easy to just hit the login button and then hit the PlayStation button and your accounts are linked automatically. I don't understand why linking a Nexon account can't be that easy and you have to risk losing your account till they fix it.

I linked my account before this event. Hearing the instructions out loud sounds ridiculous...lol. However I will jump through the hoops for 3 free Catalyst

My accounts are linked (PS5) but now when I get on the game it's not letting me go to the site at all.

I dont understand what the issue was to begin with. Im on console and have gotten everything i need from the jump. Did everything on my phone aside from linking on my console. 3 catalysts and hundreds of weapon reroll things whatever theyre called.

So I already link my account to Nexon since day 1 so all my mastery rank and gear is save on that account. When I unlink my account and link my steam account I lose everything and the game starts me over. I did this by linking back my Nexon account and everything back as normal. Is something wrong or I just don't have to link any account anymore😢and keep my nexon account instead of steam.
