Hi! Did you import via blender? I've been using the older version of Blender, (2.79b) with the "better collada" (.dae) exporter without any problems. Ideally, you want to make sure all your assets are the right scale in Blender (or whichever package you're using) before exporting them to GODOT. It gets really complicated if you need to mess around changing scale of assets in the engine. Especially once your project gets to a large size.
I should probably start using the new blender soon, but I generally prefer the old blender internal render for game dev...
