DiskPart has encountered an error: ...file system limitation (exFAT vs NTFS)

DiskPart could not select a .VHD file because the file was stored on a hard disk partition formatted in the exFAT file system. Windows must be installed unto a NTFS partition.

Displayed error message: DiskPart has encountered an error: The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation. See the System Event Log for more information. There is no virtual disk selected.

Solution: Move the .VHD file onto a NTFS partition and mount the .VHD file from there, or reformat the existing partition to NTFS instead of exFAT.

Hello sir my harddisk not show in my computer and harddisk show this error diskpart( error cyclic redundancy check) how i fix this??? Plz help
