i just repaired my dad's office ext hdd thank you soo much

While i was installing windows it showed that windows could not format a partition on disk 0 the error occurred while preparing.and after enter some commands by watching some youtube videos after entering format the result is diskpart has encountered an error the parameter is incorrect please do a video on this problem
