Got a question, my wife hired a paralegal that will do a "default with agreement" case. I was never served a formal paper work, then I download the paper work from paralegal website which I can not accept (mostly wife's advantage). Then we reached a new paperwork. My wife and paralegal wish me do not respond. My question is they said they will do default with agreement and it is based on the paperwork we both agreed and signed. But how can i control that? I mean if my wife did not using the latest agreement and use the first one instead? How can I protect myself at this stage. thanks
