Very few lawyers advice clients to file these counter cases and even if clients suggest to file them, they are rarely interested and they would mostly want to carry on with the settlement talks with the opposite party...kudos to you for standing strong with men in this gender biased battles

This video was very informative, atleast for future husbands like me. Making the other party suffer atleast a bit of what you are suffering in false cases, to make them retract and fall in line is by far a great option. Defending thyself is an ancient tactic right now. Sir also discuss later how to, in more aggressive manner disarm a liar in the court of law. !! As we are not Johny Depp s we need to have adequate armaments at our disposal.

Why in first place Alimony is given? In todays world and in many of the cases women are employed too and they are from equally wealthy family (Btw she will get father's property too). I dont understand that even if a wife files for Divorce why she gets money?
