Yeah, yeah. That was written by some manager. I've never met a developer who actually spent that much time coding. You need to test, analyze, do meetings with users, write documentation, go to scrums, etc. If they are so focused that they actually spend 8 hrs per day coding, they get promoted to positions where that is impossible.
