The front rear arm does not fit the subframe without some sanding of the of the metal mount surface (on the arm). It would be beneficial to mention this and to advise the best way to do this.

I have a 2011 e82 to upgrade the cars suspension bushings And front and rear control arms...I recognize what you recommended in this video but is there any other components in the front that you recommend a purchase, And what components do you recommend I purchase for the rear suspension/bushing overall., , , Would you recommend the M3 bushing Over an aftermarket bushing company if I told you that I am not looking to have substantial rough ride, , , , Do you have any more videos in your library that would cover any of these topics for my you in advance
