Ive been upgrading my Macbook Pro mid-2012 13in to the latest macos via OCLP for a long time now. I have been curious to see at what version will my computer say "I dont like this operating system". That finally happened and it was Ventura it did not like. I ran it for months and months with initially thinking it was fine. Over time quirks began to show in hesitations and weird slowness. It truly felt like graphic chip compatibility issues. Sometimes my pointer would leave traces on the screen. So I wiped the macos volumes leaving bootcamp alone and went back to Monterey via OCLP. WOW ! I cant tell you how much better it runs. It runs perfectly now.

Hi Matt I have issue with installation… Download OpenCore Legacy Patcher 0.6.5 latest and when goes download macOS 13.3.1 have error message Insufficient space (15GB available vs 23, 6GB required). My MacBook Air model is late 2012 Intel core I7 8gb Ram . Have the same message and if open previous patcher. Any help pls?

I did my best but I just reinstalled Montery and accepted that it is the way it is.
I'm going to save up for a new mac because the processors are faster anyway

Macbooks are made for a certain period of time and cannot last forever

I have a Mac Mini 2012 and the install can get inconsistant. 13.2.1 only worked when I did an upgrade instead of a fresh install, whereas 13.3.1 does the opposite where it works on a fresh install instead of an update.
