Towards the end, are you asking “What do I now know?”…? Or rather was that the rhetorical question?

Also I love this, its been helping me with urges I need to control, and its short too, for some reason if I were to do a long meditation session on urge surfing I would have a hard time making it a habit, this will help me do urge surfing longer and habitually no doubt!

That stupid bell trigger me too the point I was stuck in a Dream like state full of anger every time I heard sound It increased anger too the point I wasn’t even in control it all felt real By the time I woke up from this my mind body feel awful
