I liked it, but shrek itself had an impressive plotline for what it was, shrek 2 had an amazing soundtrack, shrek 3 had a dude in drag and a more annoying than endearing portrayal of king arthur

i think it was ok but the best moments were the nightmares shrek had, he was going to be a father and he never had one growing up or even a mother. it does a good job at showing how even the toughest of people can crumble at the fear of being a parent, and then at the end he comes to terms with it.
