I had an eating disorder for a long time, I really almost lost my life, I couldn't accept food again but I started watching videos like (what I eat in a day) and it really made a huge impact it may sound simple or silly but when I see such beautiful people eating and they are healthy it makes me feel good and I say (why not me too it might be worth it) I'm not completely recovered but I want to thank you really.
