Great video, have recently started a yoga class to help with lower back pain, and it works a treat and has definitely helped on the trail. A lot of the moves scotty is doing are similar to yoga poses and well worth it if you suffer from any kind of pain whilst riding.

For the glutes, do the same as what you did in the video, apart from then sort of do the same motion with your bent leg as if you are trying to make it flat against your chest (you wont get it anywhere near flat on your chest or anywhere near, but just pull it across your chest). Then with your opposite hand to the leg you have bent, grab your foot and pull that up towards the chest too. very good stretch for the glutes.

Hi Scott, when you're doing the hamstring stetching, try to sit because your upper body fight against gravity and push your hamstrings to contract instead of stretching... This is better your way for warming up.

What about stretching forearm muscles to avoid arm pump? I usually do it pusing my fingers down, and it really works! It's also common to rotate wrists and ankles, although maybe it's more like a warm-up. Great video by the way!

Really awesome video..too bad its 6 months late..or 6 months in advance =P
Though these are great moves to do even at morning or evening just to relax for the day or from hard day at work/school.
