The comment is not mine but I searched up many things trying to scale Saitama and seeing if this scaling is true I researched things ranging from Reddit, TikTok, Wiki, Fandom, YouTube videos, reading the whole manga, debating.
And in my opinion I think Saitama is at least Complex-outerversal.
