One xtra tip .

Press shift plus delete ...so that it won't go to recycle bin .

1) The amount of space that you will clean up will be less than 1/10th of 1%.

2) You will not speed up your computer -- especially if you are using an SSD (and that applies to just about 100% of computers sold in the last 5+ years).

3) Those temp files are there, because programs that you ran, or are currently running, used them (or are currently using them).

You could cause a program that you are currently using to behave unpredictably.

If your mind is made up to delete those files, then at least sort the list by date, and exclude any recent files.

You can do the same but clearing more by using the disk cleanup tool.

Also do 'temp' and 'prefetch' select all and delete

Shift+Delete even better. then you dont have to wait/empty the bin
