Just want to encourage anyone who is not well enough to do the whole practice that it is okay to do what you can do. I have ME/CFS, and it`s not safe for me to do things like downward dog right now. I would love to, but if I push myself, I end up sick in bed for days. At first I was sad when I saw this, because I used to love practicing with Adriene. Then I remembered that it was okay to just do the seated and lying down portions of the video. I can do child`s pose or just sit during parts of the rest. I`m listening to my body and even a few poses is better than none!

i saw this notification and GASPED - i have intense seasonal affective disorder and yoga is one of the few things that (sometimes) helps me through it 🥺 thank you for everything you do!

Adriene I am weeping. I just realised 15 minutes ago that I’m getting SADS symptoms. I don’t get it every year. Yoga insulated me from them for years so I was ok. You picked me up off the floor yesterday. And today you met me on my mat and spoke the words. I. So excited to get to do this tonight xx

Im so glad to see benjy still around. I lost both my doggies in 2 months. They used to do your yoga with me and I havent been able to return to doing your videos without them 😓😓😓😓

When we got to the light body scan, a part of my mind went "Oh. Like sunlight!" And I imagined a yellow light on my toes like water and was just filled with giddiness at the idea. Rarely does an emotional moment comes so easily from yoga, but when it does it's awesome.

It’s been a tough go back at work since the new year. We are down 1/3 of ur staff and the pace has been tough. Despite not believing I had the 25 minutes in me, this was the perfect practice to do after work today. What a gift! Thank you thank you!

Great practice for calming our hearts. The world can seem OR feel like a bit crazy right now but HOPE is the answer. Things are falling into place and it will get better and better. Hang in there people. Trust God and pray! Peace and unite to our world. Thanks for being you, Adriene.

I did this just a while ago. I, too, have S.A.D., in addition to clinical depression, which I treat with both medication and yoga. I get the "Sunday scaries" about this time every Sunday, especially as darkness settles in. I did this practice to prophylactically help deal with both the S.A.D. and the anxiety. Thanks, Adriene!

Energy day 26 🎉, thank you, Adriene, I loved today's practice, its such a good to let everything go and be present on your mat, although I did get interrupted by family a few times, which was annoying, but I managed to get back into my practice fairly quickly.💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

I'm really glad that you said "there is no right or wrong way to feel".
I can often focus too much on the "result" of things, when actually it's just important that I show up and do them. And today, I managed to show up. So thank you xx
