Instal plugins on Mac - Studio One / Logic / FL Studio / Ableton

How to install audio plugins like VST's an a Mac to use in ANY DAW (Studio One, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton, Mixcraft, Garageband etc).
I'll show you in Studio One, but plugins work on every major DAW that has support for 3rd party plugins:
VST plugins: Ableton Live, Studio One and many more
AU plugins: only Apple software (Audio Unit)
