How to Keep Menu Bar or Toolbar Visible All the Time in Mac.

The menu bar at the top of the screen on your Mac is very useful, providing access to system functions, app menus, and shortcuts to commonly used features in apps. However, it also takes up room on the screen. If you have a smaller display, you’ll be glad to know you can automatically hide the menu bar and claim back some precious screen space.

As of macOS Big Sur, there’s a simple setting in the system preferences you can turn on to automatically hide the menu bar. To show the menu bar when you need it, simply move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen where the menu bar would normally be.

It certainly does work, but the reverse does not work. If unchecked it still hides the menu bar, but does display when you hover over the area. I want to pin my menu bar so it is not ever hidden.

it does not work if I opened the full screen. Especially when I use the double window chrome side by side, I want to know the time...please help

I want the menu bar to show all the time. That is what I searched how to do, and your video came up. But your video is showing how to hide the menu bar. The reverse process does not work.

Even when that box is unchecked, the top bar still disappears unless I hover over it. How can I make it stay on ALL the time not matter what windows I have open? I hate not being able to see the time at all times!

I unchecked the "automatically..." box for both the tool and menu bar and they still are not showing in full screen menu

Should keep the opening signal low. It is very loud in comparison to the video. It is not good for headset users.

the thing that sucks with this is that it always barges in on my other windows when i go too high which makes some other stuff hard to access unless going slowly I hope theres a feature where instead of barging in my window it just pushes it down a little instead of trying to not activate the menu bar while accessng a tab or smthn

only half of my menu bar shows. The status bar (right side of the menu) has disappeared. The left side of the menu bar is showing. I can't seem to get the right side to appear?
