This is a quick tutorial on how to process a refund through the Australia Post Mypost Business portal without having to call and speak to someone, it's only possible if you have paid for an item but made a mistake and haven't posted the item yet.
If you have made a mistake in the address or paid the wrong amount for postage you can now process a refund of the label that has been paid for and amend the incorrect details or payment and reprocess correct payment etc, all without having to call and speak to someone from Australia Post on the phone.
